<Career History>
- 1996:
- Joined the company “Light Manufacturing Co., Ltd.” after graduating from university. Learned the basics of product development through the development of Nikon cameras and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- 1997:
- Joined “Kyosho Corporation”.
In charge of RC car product development, successfully commercialized various products, including electric cars and engine-powered cars. - 2002:
- Achieved the highest speed record for RC cars in Japan with 136.9 km/h at WOLD DROME 2002.
- 2005:
- Developed the palm-sized RC car “MINI-Z AWD” which became a big hit by enabling drift driving.
- 2007:
- Developed a timekeeping device using IC tags (RFID) and contributed to the popularity of RC racing scenes.
- 2016:
- Designed the drone “DRONE RACER” capable of low-altitude gliding.
Served as the project leader, ranking 5th in the Nikkei Trendy 2017 hit prediction. - 2017:
- Appointed as an Executive Officer of the RC Group at “Kyosho Corporation.”
Managed the entire RC business, overseeing domestic and overseas sales, product development, and procurement teams, contributing to increased sales and profits. - 2017:
- Developed the “Ride On System,” providing an immersive RC experience.
- 2023:
- Retired from “Kyosho Corporation” and established “enjoy smile Co.”
During my elementary school days, I was captivated by Kyosho’s RC cars. Although I initially pursued a career in a different industry, I quickly switched to Kyosho Corporation. For approximately 25 years, I have been involved in the design and product development of RC models and related products. My expertise lies in mechanical design and engineering, but I am well-versed in various aspects of product development, including radio control propo (transmitters), RC race measurement devices using RFID, and the development of the “Ride On System” that allows users to experience riding an RC model, linking mechanical engineering with control systems, electrical circuits, and software development.
Additionally, I have been actively involved in establishing and expanding production bases both domestically and internationally. Through continuous efforts to improve manufacturing processes, reduce procurement costs, and enhance workflow, I have learned how to provide customers with high-quality products at reasonable prices.
Throughout my journey, I have hosted numerous events with the motto of providing enjoyable experiences to customers. Collaborating with fans of our products, I have learned the importance of constant improvement and delivering exceptional products. I aspire to create things together with users, and this aspiration is embedded in “Hobby Hive Creation.”
